The QNix series of coating thickness gauges are of high quality and reliability, robust gauges, easy-to-use, no calibration.

QNix8500

QNix 8500 can be adapted to any application by a simple interchange of probes. The modular plug system makes the exchange of the probes (Fe, NFe and dual probes) simple and safe. For external use, probes are connected with an adaptor cable
The modular plug system makes the exchange of the digital probes (Fe, NFe and dual probes) simple and safe. For external use, probes are connected problem-free with an adaptor cable.
The thumb-size radio control probe allows safe precision measurements of lacquer and anti-corrosion protection coatings on metal for buildings, restorations and other safety projects.
The measuring system QNix 8500 is complemented with user-friendly PC software, which incorporates many options for practical data analysis and configuration of the body gauge. The readings are transferred from the body gauge memory function via wireless interface into the software.
The readings get exported into an Excel sheet. The user has many options of statistical analysis and graphical presentation, hence a provision for documentation of measurements in quality management, appraisals and other use. With a simple and intuitive operation the designated result is achieved.
Magnetic Inductive Measurement Probe for thin coatings :
In addition to standard probes, operating on the Hall Effect principle we now offer a magnetic-inductive measurement probe i.e. MI Fe 500 µm. The MI Fe 500 µm is capable of measuring non-ferromagnetic metal coatings (such as: chromium, copper, zinc, etc.) as well as lacquer, enamel or plastic coatings on steel substrates especially within the lower measuring range of 0 - 500 µm.
QNix4500
QNix4500 was developed particularly for measuring tasks in the automobile industries. This compact gauge permits extremely precise measurements of lacquer & anti - corrosion protection coating thicknesses, both on steel & iron as well as on non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, zinc, & copper.
Extremely precise: High measuring accuracy over the entire measuring range.
Simple operation: No calibration. One button. One-hand operation.
Innovative technology: Proven Hall sensor and eddy current technology. Integrated measuring probe and without cables or plugs
Broad spectrum of use: Dual probe for measurements on steel and non-ferrous metals.
Protective Measuring: Polished ruby tip to protect both probe and surface to be measured

Car Check System

Paint coating measurements are the most important measurement for assessing vehicles & determining accidental damage. In the past, you could determine the thickness of paint coating only by recording it with conventional gauges & drawing your own graphs or tables.
The Car Check gauge however, is no ordinary coating thickness measuring device. Clear measuring instructions in the display guide you through the complete measuring process - the measuring of a complete automobile at all the spots, relevant to the damage. Choose between a basic measuring mode (3 measurements per vehicle part) and an intensive measuring mode (6 measurements per vehicle part)
The readings are saved in the gauge and can be transmitted to the Car Check documentation and administration software using the wireless USB interface. As soon as this data is available, the documentation is created automatically. This documentation provides you with a tabular analysis of the coating thickness measurements, a schematic image of the vehicle type, and all necessary vehicle and customer data.
