Role Definition: Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the organization’s market presence. This role combines market analysis, relationship management, and revenue generation with leadership and cross-functional collaboration

 

Responsibility Deliverable:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers
  • Generate leads through various channels including B2B portals and industry networks
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Gather and analyze competitive information to strengthen market positioning
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of contacts and prospects
  • Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) BSC Physics, Diploma/Engg in Mech.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into action

Role Definition:- PAUT Inspection Engineer/ PAUT Technician is the ambassador of company at site. He will be
responsible for carrying out inspection activities at site without compromising in safety and quality.

Responsibility Deliverable:

  •  Inspection at site
  •  Safety at site
  •  Regularly updating skills
  •  End-to-End Job Execution
  •  Site Reports preparation on-time

 

Task & Activities:

  1. Inspection at site
  • Should have sufficient skills and technical knowledge to set up and calibrate equipment and to
    interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications for
    which he is qualified.
  • Should be technically sound to communicate with client/TPI at site in a professional manner.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot and innovate at site based on situational requirements.
  • Is responsible for the equipment and accessories used for inspection and should be brought back
    without any damage or repairs.
  • To travel on site to carry out inspection work as and when required.
  • To co-ordinate with team members, site lead, team leads, OM for effective job execution at site.
  • Is responsible for the reports of the job done and should be submitted within the timeline without delays.

 

  1. Safety at site
  • Should be responsible for ensuring complete safety and security at site.
  • Should have knowledge about the PPE requirements (Mandatory/Optional) at different sites.
  • Should have knowledge about the safety protocols to be followed before starting, during and after
    completing any inspection activity at site.
  • To operate the equipment as per operating manuals and procedures.

 

  1. Regularly updating skills
  • Should have the willingness and ability to update his skills based on the requirements of the
  • Should have the flexibility and knowledge to work in different methods/ techniques.

 

When assigned the role of site lead:

  • To ensure the job is executed within the agreed timelines.
  • To fill the Job Card completely with Client’s signature and stamp and submit the same to Operations
  • To co-ordinate with client, team members, site lead, team leads, OM. for effective job execution
    at site.
  • To ensure daily reporting of job status to team lead/OM/HOD
  • To submit the preliminary reports to client, on site, daily or before leaving the site.
  • To co-ordinate with the client w.r.t. documentation formalities such as gate passes, material entry
    and exit on site, work permits, safety training, police verification certificates etc.

 

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering) with relevant NDT LEVEL 2 certification (PAUT/TOFD)

Basic Criteria:

  • Diploma / Degree – Mechanical Engineering
  • NDT Level II Certification – MPT, UT/UTG, PT, VT, RT, LPT/DPT
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good communication skills.

Role Definition: - To maintain an aggressive approach in generating leads, making sales, developing good relationships with customers, enhancing competence, and thereby achieving the set sales target.

Task & Activities:

  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
  • Hardcore Salesperson in B2B.
  • 50% Travel and 50% Office.
  • Should generate new market opportunities and convert them into order.
  • Customer Visits (Existing, Prospective)
  • Target Oriented Person.
  • Find and maintain prospective clients.
  • Provide general technical support to clients.

Role Definition: - A Store Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment’s are in working condition and keeping the NDT Equipment’s in stores at designated place

 

Responsibilities / Deliverables:

  • Receive, inspect, and store materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, including challan book entries for all receipts and issues.
  • Maintain detailed equipment records and conduct thorough inspections when equipment is returned from the site.
  • Maintain vendor records for equipment dispatch, consumables, and spare purchases.
  • Issue materials and tools as per authorized requests and update records promptly.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Keep store and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform minor maintenance of tools, equipment, and storage facilities.
  • Learn and assist with basic operations of NDT equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations.
  • Assist in disposal of scrap or obsolete items according to procedures.

 

Tasks & Activities:

  • Perform thorough inspection of equipment once returned from the site.
  • Maintain NDT equipment stores, including inventory, calibration records, and in/out logs.
  • Coordinate with TL Operations for dispatch documentation if equipment cannot be repaired in-house.
  • Maintain courier/freight agency records for dispatch of heavy or urgent equipment/consumables to various sites.
