NDTS India was established in 2007 with a motive to build a professionally managed enterprise dedicated to the challenging field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & Evaluation. Today, we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company offering 24/7 On-site NDT Services by deploying world-class equipment’s with trained manpower as per various affiliations (ASNT, ISNT, ISO etc.).

He strives for quick solution. He is updated with the latest technique and believes in simplicity, which helps him to work impressively. He is a qualified welding inspector from American Welding Society. He has an expertise in handling various NDT Equipment’s. His unique ability to work creates technical solutions.

Dr Vivek Panvekar

Technical Manager

Dr. Vivek has rich experience of 15 years in the field of NDT and has been honored with Doctorate in Corrosion Science & Engineering from IITB. He also holds ASNT NDT Level-III in multiple conventional NDT Methods and well versed in advanced NDT techniques.

Nilesh Vishwakarma

Team Leader – Finance & Accounts

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is updated with the knowledge of taxation, accounting & responsible for all the commercial activities in the Company. He performs overview of the financial operations to help the business run efficiently. He always says, “nothing is impossible everything is possible with good team”. His belief is “Great things in business are never done by one person. They are done by a team of people.

Aditya Kadam

Leader – Training & Certification

He is a qualified ASNT NDT Level III Inspector and Trainer with expertise in UT, MT, PT, VT, ET, and RTFI. He specializes in conducting NDT inspections, as well as developing and validating procedures, and training Level I–II–III personnel.
He is well-versed in international standards such as ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and EN, ensuring compliance and quality across all activities. His practical approach and technical expertise enable him to deliver reliable and effective solutions.

Manisha Karotia

Leader – People & Culture

She is an experienced HR professional specializing in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. She excels in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR process. She is well-versed in HR policies, compliance, and workforce management, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Her proactive approach enables her to effectively support both employees and organizational goals.

Shilpa Arora

She always says, “Enjoy your work and give the best results”. She holds a master’s degree in accounting and management. As a director she successfully balances ideas by implementing them perfectly with clear and concise message. She monitors managerial performances relating to financial as well as administrative area. She strongly believes in corporate social responsibility and is an active member of couple of volunteer organizations.

Mukesh Arora

Director & CEO

Mukesh is the brain behind NDTS. Perfection is the word that defines his work ethics. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University. Before the foundation of NDTS in 2006, he was associated with couple of corporate at various levels. The success of NDTS is based on client delight, his infectious enthusiasm for work and a vast experience of twenty eight years in NDT field. He is responsible for the overall management of the Company. Mukesh is also associated with ISNT (Indian Society of Non Destructive Testing) as national governing council member and Honorable Vice-chairman of ISNT Mumbai Chapter.
