We provide Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) services for testing ferromagnetic bars and billets. To optimize the inspection, we have designed inspection flow chart/methodology which helps in identifying critical surface and near-surface discontinuities and support reliable quality assessment before material is released for further processing.
Inspection personnel are trained and qualified in accordance with applicable standards like ASNT SNT-TC-1A or ISNT 13085 or ICN (ISO 9712) Scheme.
Dedicated supervisor is offered at every plant, with supervision coverage for up to 4 machines to ensure consistent inspection practices, quality control and adherence to approved procedures.
Individual bars will be identified through bar, punching/ marking as per customer requirement.
